In 1998, Philip Graci and Duane Clemmer founded TriAgency with a clear mission: deliver world-class creative services to businesses and artists who refused to settle for ordinary. What began as a small Philadelphia-based studio quickly evolved into a trusted creative partner for some of the most recognized names in the city's vibrant entertainment industry.
From the earliest days of the digital revolution, TriAgency positioned itself at the intersection of design and technology. While other agencies were still figuring out the web, Philip and Duane were already building custom websites, crafting compelling visual identities, and developing digital strategies that helped Philadelphia-area businesses stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
The agency's deep roots in Philadelphia's music and entertainment community became a defining strength. TriAgency didn't just serve the entertainment industry — the team lived and breathed it, attending shows, collaborating with artists, and understanding the unique demands of promoting live events, album releases, and artist brands in a fast-moving cultural landscape.
Over the course of its sixteen-year run, TriAgency built a comprehensive suite of creative services spanning web design and development, mobile application development, graphic design for print and digital media, and full-scale brand identity systems. Whether it was a striking concert poster, an intuitive mobile app, or a complete website overhaul, the agency's work was always characterized by clean aesthetics, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Philadelphia is a city built on authenticity, grit, and creative energy. TriAgency drew from that same spirit, partnering with local businesses ranging from boutique venues and independent record labels to restaurants, retail brands, and professional service firms across the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, including neighborhoods like Center City, Northern Liberties, Fishtown, and the Main Line suburbs.
Though TriAgency closed its doors in 2014 after an extraordinary sixteen-year run, the agency's legacy endures. The relationships forged and the creative work produced continue to shape Philadelphia's creative economy, and the agency's influence can still be seen in the visual identity of countless brands and artists throughout the region. Co-founder Philip Graci carried that same creative energy forward into his latest venture, Tech & Toast, now serving clients across the United States and Caribbean.
